Our Story

Founded in 2011, Seven Seas Construction & Development, a registered DBA of Southeastern Industrial Construction, LLC, brings together a seasoned leadership team with more than 50 years of combined experience in engineering, construction, and development. Our team has managed and delivered projects representing more than $1 billion in total construction value.

Our experience spans Federal, Commercial, Institutional, Retail, and Development markets, with expertise across a wide range of delivery methods and contract vehicles, including IDIQ, MATOC, SATOC, JOC, and traditional C-type contracts. We have successfully managed individual projects exceeding $30 million and contract vehicles valued at more than $1Billion.

We have built our reputation on performance, responsiveness, and execution. As fast-track construction specialists, we excel in demanding environments where schedule, coordination, and accountability matter. Our flexible management approach allows us to adapt to each client’s unique objectives, while our ability to self-perform critical scopes of work creates greater control over cost, schedule, quality, and overall project delivery.

Southeastern Industrial Construction Becomes Seven Seas

In 2026, we began operating under a new name: Seven Seas Construction & Development. As our company grew, so did the work we perform. What began with a strong foundation in industrial construction has evolved into a diversified construction and development company serving clients across multiple markets.

The Seven Seas name speaks to both our roots and our future. It represents a company built to go wherever the work takes us—with the long-term vision of one day operating across all seven seas.

Our name has changed. Our people, values, and commitment to delivering exceptional projects have not.
