Design/Build

For the owner, the primary benefit of the design-build delivery system is the simplicity of having one party responsible for the development of the project. The design-build process can also alleviate many of the cost and schedule challenges often associated with the less streamlined design-bid-build process.

General Contracting

As a self-performing contractor, we typically build 10 to 50 percent of our projects with our own forces, and keeping our employees and subcontracted forces safe is our primary field focus. As part of our efforts, our craft training incorporates safety training as an essential component rather than as a stand-alone topic.

Construction Management

Our construction management services lead to more efficient designs, increased budget confidence, lower bid prices, fewer change orders, decreased construction times, and higher quality. To achieve these results, we must be actively engaged in the project during both the preconstruction and construction phases.

Our team's expertise is Military construction possessing vast experience with IDIQ, MATOC, and SATOC contracts leading single task orders valued at $30M or more as well as projects of over $100M in contract value.

As a result of our success on many projects, we have developed a reputation as fast-track schedule experts. Simply put, we work well under the gun.
